Content: The purpose of the second interview is justify your mentor as an expert in the field. Thus, you will be asking at least 5 questions about their background and/or the background of the organization or company where they work.

5. What does being political mean to you and how does it relate to your job?

7. What different experiences have you had at the different levels?
    
8. What originally got you involved in politics?
    
9. How does campaigning for office shape you, does it make you more aware of your area?
    
10. What other position would you run for elected office if the situation was right?
